No Refunds
All goods sold are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange for Defective Items
We accept exchanges for defective items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the defect must be a physical flaw, such as a broken or cracked frame.
Please note that color variations due to natural materials or screen display differences are not considered defects.

Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within the 14-day window with your Order ID and clear photos of the defect. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Approval & Replacement
Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or an exchange of the same item. Shipping costs for the return and replacement may be covered at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect.
