Select a Collage Design

  • Select your preferred design from the available options.

  • Refer to the Customization Template for the required number of photos and accompanying text details.

  • Kindly pay attention to the compatible frame sizes when making your selections.

  • Add to Cart.

Choose your desired frame

  • Pick your preferred frame from the available options.

  • Ensure that the frame size is compatible with the selected collage design.

  • Add to Cart.

Checkout and complete your purchase

  • Please follow the on-screen instructions.

Provide your photos

  • Photos can be shared with us through any of the following channels.

    • Google Drive​

    • DropBox

    • WeTransfer

    • iCloud

    • OneDrive

    • Email

  • Photo Tips

    • For collage designs using square photos, it's recommended to crop your photos into squares before sharing with us.

    • If you require the photos to be positioned in particular sequence, please rename and number your photos, "1", "2", "3"... and so on. The order of the photos will be from left to right, top to bottom, with "1" being the top left most photo.

    • Please send us the highest resolution version of the photo that you have on hand. We will inform you if any of the submitted photos do not meet the required resolution.

    • Avoid black and white photos as they might create a hue when printed.

  • Please quote your Order ID when contacting us.

Review Draft Design

  • A draft design will be shared with you within 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays). It will be shared through whichever communication channels that you contacted us through.

  • Please review the draft and let us know of any changes that you need.

Production and Logistics

  • For standard (non-preorder) items, production takes up to 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays). Local shipping takes between 1 to 4 working days to deliver to your stated address. 

  • For time critical orders, it is recommended that you opt for self pickup.

  • We do offer Next Working Day Self Pickup Express Service with a 30% surcharge. The service is subject to availability and the photos should be shared with us before 2 pm. The surcharge payment should be made to us during pickup by cash or PayNow. Please DM us to check whether this service is available before making any orders.
